✩CUSTOM ORDERS (SLIGHT CHANGES):
Slight changes to current designs i.e. finding(ear-wire)/fastenings/length can usually be done free of charge or for a small extra fee (dependent on changes/materials), please message me if you have any requests.

✩CUSTOM ORDERS (MADE ESPECIALLY FOR YOU):
I would love to receive a custom order from you and create a totally unique piece for you. Custom orders take longer from start to finish, due to the one-off design, sourcing of non stock material and the making process of a one-off item, please message me if you have special requests. I'm always happy to make something special for you.

I include gift wrapping with all orders:
All my packaging is either recyclable, compostable or made from recycled or reusable materials.

Jewellery:
your purchase will come in a stylish black gift box and acid free tissue paper (colour + patterns may vary depending on season/item).

Larger items (necklaces, dice, bookmarks etc):
come with a black Fair Trade cotton pouch (unless a pouch is part of the set). Occasionally if an item will not fit in to my standard packing it will come with equally stylish gift wrapping.

Outer packaging will be a sturdy mini corrugated cardboard "pizza style" box.

If you have any wrapping requests regarding tissue paper colours, messages, or if your country has any postal packaging quirks, please ask.

EU buyer laws allows EU residents to return items (even though we are no longer in the EU I extend this policy UK and worldwide buyers, providing the following conditions are met):
✩The buyer must contact the seller within 14 days of receipt of goods
✩The buyer must return the goods within 30 days of receipt of goods
✩The buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs using a tracked service
✩Upon receipt of the returned goods the seller will issue a refund
✩Refunds cannot be given until the goods are returned in an unworn condition
✩UK refunds includes cost of goods
✩Non-EU refunds include the cost of the goods but not the initial shipping

✩All items posted to outside the UK I send by Royal Mail "World Tracking" (tracking/signature availability may vary from country to country, as some offer both, but some offer only one or the other).
✩The buyer is responsible for any customs, tax or levies should they occur.
✩International orders may be delayed by internal postal systems and/or custom controls/checks, so please be patient. I am not responsible for delays once your items have left my hands.

All my photos are taken by myself, using an Iphone, a bit of paper, cloth or other simple backdrop plus a few extra props.

✩VARIATIONS?
Please note that there may occasionally be slight changes in very minor details to findings (ear wires or minor details), due to me only buying/making in very small quantities, these changes will not affect the overall design of the jewellery.

All my items are UV sterilized immediately before wrapping for your safety
